[HELP] My Corallinum has a dent in the trunk. How do I help heal it?

I purchased it off a vender a couple months back and it had this "scratch" on the trunk. Over the last few months, I noticed it was getting gradually growing deeper. The tree itself is still growing new, healthy leaves.
Would love any advice on how to heal it.
