What’s going on with the JellyBean BlueBerries

PH is 4.5 and I bumped up the water recently. I know late June I sprayed some BioAdvanced 3-1 and had some leaf damage and now it’s spreading. The fruit is really small too. I’m out in Fernley Nevada where the temps are above 100 and I just hooked it up to drip lines.
