Yellow spotting on lavender plant
Post Body

Noticed that a lot of the leaves throughout my lavender planted in my rock garden have these yellow spots all over them.

There's also similar spotting on some sort of creeping-vine kind of plant that's been growing through and blooming small purple flowers which I've allowed to expand. (Seen in between the lavender branches in pic #2).

Not sure if it's related, but the 3rd picture is of a catnip plant growing maybe 3 ft. away.

Is this a nutrient deficiency? It looks like it could also be septoria fungi, any insight would be appreciated!
