My tomatoes are planted inside the degradable cardboard planters. I’m not sure if they’re constricting growth or not but they say they’re meant to be planted this way. The kale is just straight in the ground after being grown under a light in a can. My garden bed is mostly miracle grow vegetable mix with a top layer of sta-green which is a little mulch like. I’ve sprinkled potash on the tomatoes to make it a little more acidic. I haven’t tested ph.
