Close up of my Castor Bean plants, VA
Post Body

Grown from seed in my backyard, purchased at my local garden store! I love how stunning these plants can be, so I make sure to have a few every year :)

Heads up, castor beans are highly poisonous when ingested! Castor beans are used to make castor oil, and ricin (found in the beans) is a byproduct of the process, iirc.
