My lilacs never fully got their leaves this spring, and many of the leaves they did get have died.
Post Body

We live in SE Pennsylvania. We had a dry late spring, but adequate rain thereafter. A landscaper I know said it might be due to lack of spring rain so I did water twice a week for 45 minutes. 7 lilacs are in this shape all in relatively close proximity to each other while two others with the same sun exposure on the other side of the yard are fine. This is the third summer we have ad them.
