Kale went to seed; what’s the most effective way to get the seeds from these plants? Can I cut them out of the garden now and let the pods dry?

Not sure exactly what to do now. Birds are starting to eat the seeds 😅 I mean, there’s clearly lots to go around but I’d like to get a big haul of seeds out of this. Any tips or suggestions?
