My plants are being attacked by different species of bugs 🌱😔

I had the same problem last year. They seem to love my peppers and they just destroy them. I’ve tried so many things from vinegar to diatomaceous earth to been powder but none worked. Washing them leaf by leaf doesn’t work either. I try to use natural ingredients but it just doesn’t have any effect. What should I do?
