I’m looking at using a portion of my garage 20’x16’ for a office/work area and the other 2 car portion will still be used as a garage. I live in a cold climate so it will be heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. What do I need to do, if anything, to the floor. I don’t want to get moisture on anything, not sure if that will be a concern since I’m insulating the ceilings, walls, and have the heater & ac.
