Hey all,

I got the chance to test this a bunch internally and I think there's a REALLY strong (albeit greedy) GP build with Runes Reforged. Run inspiration primary with Kleptomancy and whatever other minor runes you want. I run biscuits, boots (I think this is REALLY good with this build), and cosmic insight for 5% CDR. For secondary, go Sorcery with Ultimate Hat and, most importantly, TRANSCENDENCE for additional ER synergy.

Why is Transcendence ERgood? Any extra CDR is converted to AD for GP. What this allows us to do is run triforce, IE, and ER. Cosmic insight starts us with 5% CDR, TF gets us 25%, Transcendence gets us to 35%, we build IE for damage, and then with ER we cap at 45%.

But ER gives us an additional 20% CDR from the 20% crit off of IE. Transcendence takes that additional CDR and converts it to AD (1.2 AD per 1% extra CDR), so now we get 24AD from ER making it's total 94AD. Here's our stat total with these 3 items:

Three Item Totals (TF, IE, ER):

Total CDR: 40% ( 5 from cosmic insight for 45%)

Total AD: 189 (25 from TF, 70 from IE, 94 from ER)

Total Crit: 40%

Passives:

IE bonus crit strike increased by 50%

ER crit strikes restore 3% of mana pool

TF standard passives

It's an expensive build, but I think Kleptomancy magical boots makes it doable. I think you finish it off with Shiv PD for 100% crit and some nasty AD. Thoughts?
