Dead Man's Plate

I've done some testing of this, and it's come out pretty positive. After core build and perhaps either a defensive item or Statikk Shiv, I've found that getting Dead Man's Plate is extremely beneficial. Durability, movement speed, and an on-hit attack boost that makes your Parrrley do that much more damage. It's definitely a luxury item, probably 5th or so, but I'd like to recommend trying it out.
