longform run roguelikes

Something that feels like a full campaign but is a roguelike. Like 20 hours with permadeath as a core mechanic like you'd expect. Can't think of any examples really, I wouldn't consider something like DD to fit, just wondering if there are any examples. I suppose any permadeath challenge can just be applied to most games though.
