LF something like Genshin Impact for 3 players.

Hello!
My friends and I have recently played a bit of Genshin Impact, but have found the multiplayer disappointing, so we'd like to find something very similar except with more coop. I'm thinking MMO, but it doesn't have to be. Here's some of our preferences:
- Plenty of cooperative content that is mutually beneficial.
- Controller support.
- A story/campaign.
- RPG elements (levels, skills, loot, etc).
- 3rd Person Open World.
- Action combat -- Not turn-based or auto-attack.
Though none of them check all the boxes above, here are some of the series we have enjoyed at one time or another:
- Genshin Impact
- Dauntless
- Diablo
- Destiny
- Guild Wars
- Ghost Recon
- Division
- Dying Light
- Apex
- Rainbow Six
- Minecraft
- Divinity: Original Sin
- Borderlands
