Looking for action rpg recommendations

Hello everyone! I'm looking for an action rpg that is either challenging, or at least not easy. I also want it to have different classes with special abilities and builds to toy with.
For example, I really like Borderlands 2 and Warframe as there a lot of characters and builds to mess around with.
Some more challenging games I liked are Monster Hunter World as it has a lot of playstyle variety with the different weapons. I also like Dark Souls 2/3, Dragons Dogma (had so many classes and builds)
