[PC] Persistent 'alien' world

Post Body

So basically I am trying to find games that have this set of charasterics in order of priority:

  • Is a persistent open world (Like The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Caves of Qud...), not just one level after another.

  • Has an eeire/alien feeling. Phr00t did it really well on 3079 to 5089 games. And they are persistent too so those are good examples.

  • Not permadeath. I'm trying to find some place I can live in and spend my time on that world, not leave it at the first mistake.

  • I prefer singleplayer, but non-subscription online works too.

  • Preferably science fiction setting.

  • It's close to RPG game in the sense that I upgrade my character and if possible I join factions/people to do quests. Sandbox works too.

Those are the important things. The best examples are Phr00t's 30XX - 50XX games, but I'm looking for something with more depth and bigger if possible. Also if it's more accesible (difficulty wise) I prefer that way.

Games that I already know that partially fit on the criteria:

Bethesda games. Saint's Row, GTA and Watchdogs sandboxes. The Witcher saga Arma games Caves of Qud, CDDA, ToME4

Tthanks in advance!
