game with flashy, cold colours but with a lot of light. (basically a caprisun fanart)

taking examples like Knockout City or Sunset Overdrive, even Super Mario Sunshine! They all have this summer-y feel due to colours, the soundtrack bangs, gameplay is interesting, doesn't take itself too seriously

I'd say what I'm searching for is the game equivalent of graffiti?
