Detox from competitive gaming

Hello guys,
i need some time off from online competitive games and i want to play some good single player game with good story, not necessarily open world but not too linear.
They should be engaging but not frustrating or too hard(no souls-like)
Platform: pc or nintendo switch
My favourite all times single player games: FFX ,MGS2-3-5, RDR2, GTA5, The Witcher 3
If they're on sale on steam even better,
