[PS4] Looking for an open-world action-survival game similar to the likes of Fallout, Dying Light, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc.

I really enjoy open world games, especially ones with aspects of survival and management of resources and rpg. Games I’ve played that kind of fall into what I’m looking for include:
Dying Light
Horizon Zero Dawn
Far Cry 4
I guess Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, The Division, and Metal Gear Solid 5 could be included but I feel like they lend themselves more to the action aspect that I’m looking for rather than survival/rpg
I’ve considered Fallout 4 but I’m absolutely mortified by insects and I don’t think I’d be able to bring myself to play it knowing I could stumble upon some god awful bug the size of my head.
