I'm looking for a game where you're building up your character/base (not a survival game), where you're a strong badass, without it being stressful.

Some ideas coming to mind:

Prototype is pretty chill in that you're getting very strong and Godly, though there's certainly a level of stress and focus required.

I like Total war: warhammer 3, where you're just amassing a giant army to win the world (the combats are just too tedious and the games very long)

Diablo 3 you are a killing machine, though... I'm not sure what's misisng with that.

I enjoy playing modes like ARAM in League, where there's just a single/no objective and it's just brawly. But playing with others can be a bit tedious
