Games like Surviving Mars or Per Aspera

I like them because you build a base/colony/town that barring a big fuck up is going to run along sorta smoothly & be chill, laid back expansion to the end game.
Any other games like this?
Not 1st person, I don't want to control a person like in Rift breaker or Dyson Sphere Program
