Looking for a new MMORPG game with strong PvE focus and customization/cosmetic appeal

So I’ve already played dozens of MMOs out there, such as: Tera, Black Desert, SWTOR, Guild Wars 2, Warframe, Destiny 2 (if that counts), MapleStory, RuneScape, ESO, WoW, FFXIV, and New World, as well as other mainstream ones from the last decade maybe.
Are there any other really good MMOs that are still active and worth playing? Bonus points if it’s an MMO that can run on a potato PC like mine or something that doesn’t need a gaming computer to run well.
