Something like Ys The Oath In Falghan or A Link to the Past steam?

I'm looking for topdown adventure in the same style, or something with the same feel of those games. It's simple and fun, preferably controller availabilty and voice acting if possible no matter how bad it is I consider it fun.
Hopefully something that can be bought during the steam sale.
Nothing has yet given the me the same feel as playing through A Link To the Past for the first time I love the exploration part of it, including the combat.
