Hey guys.

I want to play a game where you have to build up a fantasy squad (eq/skills), take quests/jobs etc. A structured main quest story line would be nice as an extra, but mainly looking for sandbox gameplay. Not looking for heavy city/kingdom management.

Best examples of the gameplay I can think of are Mount and Blade Warband, Battle brothers, Wartales, although I want to be able to recruit casters. Iron Oath, FFT (but more... sandboxy). Ideally on PS 4/5 or Steam Deck, released in the last few years (as I suspect I've already played most of the old greats) and not in early access.

Appreciate any suggestions.
