valorant freezing

Been having an issue lately where my game freezes tandomly during the match. It keeps saying "low client fps" and "connection issue" This is the only game having this issue on my pc. Anyone know a good fix? Game is unplayable as is. I have rebooted my pc and have uninstalled/re-installed riot and valorant multiple times. Nothing helps.
