When telling someone what buttons do in a controller, do you use the playstation standard or something else?
Post Body

To me, the top button is triangle and that's it. To most of my friends that is the case as well: its not Y or X, its triangle, square, circle, X.

Now, I never owned a playstation, I went from the NES all the way to the wii only with computers, and those were the only 2 consoles I owned. So I don't think a "akshually i never had a ps1 so i say X and Y and Splinkus' Ladybird."

I was wondering if this is the standard worldwide, to describe the buttons with the playstation symbols. I woke up thinking about this but I don't know how to do polls, so... yeah.

THanks and have a nice day.
