One year ago I started playing The Witcher 3 and I loved it. The atmosphere of the game is the best I've ever encountered in any game. I'm very excited to play the next generation update coming out end of this year but it's still a long time till then.

So my question is: is there any other game that has a great atmosphere like The Witcher 3? I'd prefer an open world game but if any other game comes close to The Witcher 3 I'm open to try new things.

EDIT: I chose the wrong terms to describe what I am looking for. What I meant by "as atmospheric as The Witcher 3" is if there is any game with a similar atmosphere like in The Witcher 3.
