Help remembering an old PC game?

I can't remember what console it was on, I think it was on PC, back in the late 90's...

The details I can remember are: * that it was a Shooter * you played a character in a black 'wet suit' kind of thing * there were some triangles * a dog partner(?) * a bombing level/minigame I'm pretty sure * browny, black graphics... * and it was kind of an infiltrate kind of game...

This has been killing me for so long... Thanks if you can help!

Edit: THANKS to Kreuger :) soooo much nostalgia, can't wait to show my dad.
