Recommendations for good team-based/group-based online games?

I’ve been playing WoW for 16 years and League for 10, and I need something new. Looking for something that can be solo, group, or guild content, any sort of game I can learn and sink tons and tons of time into.

Some of the other of these style games I’ve played:

New World - personally didn’t care for it

ESO - got to end game content and was kinda meh about it

Rust - I suck at PvP, soloing isn’t fun anymore, rough finding clans

OSRS - wishy washy on this, played for a few months then meh, lost interest

FFXIV - Tried it and just couldn't get into the game, also not really a fan of the FF series
