Is there any way to shut down Humble Indie Bundle resellers?

I checked out the TOS, but the legalese is completely foreign to me - are what these jerks are doing against TOS and is there someone who we can report them to in order to get them shut down?

So far, only one person on ebay has the nerve to start selling the damn thing even before the sale even ends and I'm sure shady business will blow up the day after sales are concluded.

I usually wouldn't bother, but I have this fear that these types will start taking advantage of the sales more and more until developers become reluctant to participate and this whole awesome thing ends.

Am I just being paranoid?
