Just curious here. I’ve gamed most of my life and less as I got older (24 now) and recently my Xbox got fried due to a lightning storm so I went a few weeks without one. Just got another Xbox a few days ago and it seems like I can’t get into the games like I used to. Seems like I feel as if I’m missing out on certain experiences. Gaming doesn’t take up most of my time and I don’t put gaming before anything but it’s starting to feel like all the time I’ve wasted on gaming was just that, wasted time. Starting to realize that no matter how much fun I have in a game or how great it is, it just feels like I could be using those few hours towards a goal/hobby/something that actually helps me in life. Is it time to give up gaming or am I just in a rut? Does anyone agree that gaming at this point in life is just wasting time sitting in front of my tv when I could be going after more important/useful things in life?
