How to make time for gaming

I'm in college full time and work full time and go to the gym 6 days a week. because of that my games have been on the back burner. I was thinking about setting aside time to just game only at least a couple hours a day....or one day where I game all day. does this seem ridiculous. I find gaming very relaxing and this could help me with being bombarded with school and work
