Need help determining what the bottleneck of my PC is

Hi guys,

I'm trying to determine what the bottleneck of my PC is, but I don't know much about PCs. Can someone give me a heads-up? I'm running an AMD FX 8350 processor, an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 and 8gb of DDR3. I guess it's the RAM, but I'm not sure.

Edit: Doing what u/tulipoika recommended, it's probably the CPU, and thus time to upgrade both my motherboard and ram, too. Time to find a new motherboard I'm afraid! Any recommendations would be very welcome for aprox. 250,-(euros). Thanks everyone!
