Death stranding is a walking sim?

Is anyone else disapointed? I was pumped to finally see what this game is about and they showed us a bunch of walking..... all hype i had for this game is now gone. I know it will probably be good in the end because of who is making it but right now I can't see how this will even be a fun game. All i can imagine is a fetch quest game where you have to sneak around ghost things sometimes.
