I know I played a lot of Goldeneye growing up but when Perfect Dark came out, I put much more time into Perfect Dark than I did Goldeneye, and looking back on it, I (personally) think it's a better game. However, I usually hear heaps and heaps of praise for Goldeneye while Perfect Dark never really gets mentioned. What am I missing? I know the campaign for Perfect Dark kinda goes off the rails in the end, but I thought Perfect Dark as a whole was a noticeable step up from Goldeneye.
Is Goldeneye the better game? Why or Why not?
