Disabled brother gift ideas.

My older brother's birthday is tomorrow. He loves gaming on his ps4, and has been gaming for most of his 26 year old life. He really loves fighting games and plays boatloads of MKX. He's also fond of extreme sport games, like SNOW. He is, however, afflicted with cerebral palsy. Things like QuickTime events are a big struggle for him, and shooters are out of the question. Any good ideas for a new release that would work well for him or any thoughts on new PS4 releases would be greatly appreciated.
