There are very heavy rumours they are going into administration any day now (see here). I ordered Cod: WW2 on the 15th of March and have still not received my order. I tried to contact them every way I can with no luck, including FB, Twitter, Website, Head office. I even contacted my local store and they said that they have not heard from head office in over 2 weeks. They have also cancelled customers pre-orders for Far Cry 5 without notifying customers. I also had a look through Twitter and a lot of people have ordered items over a week a go and have still not received their items.

So please do NOT order any items from Grainger Stores online or even buy in-store because if the product is faulty then you may not be able to return it in the future.

I have had to claim a refund through my bank due to non delivery of goods.
