Hi, I've recently bought an Atari Lynx II at a market and it didn't come with any games. I'm aware that a Lynx cannot start up without a cartridge however it's a little worrying that there is absolutely no response on the console at all.

If you have an Atari Lynx II (The one with the power light in the top left) could you please try turning it on without a cartridge? I'm interested to see if there is any indication of a working console such as the power light flashing, the screen flickering or any sound. It'll determine whether I buy a game or a mains adapter next.

tl;dr: Can someone with a Lynx II turn it on without a cartridge to see if anything at all happens.
