I've been wanting to play Assasin's Creed for the longest time but I tried the first one didnt like it due to always going back and forth between present and memories. Heard brotherhood was the same. Never played 2 or 3. Played Black Flag and loved the ship idea I love fighting with ships. Didn't play Unity heard a lot of bad things about it. Now that Syndicate is coming out ive been wanting to play it again. Questions are do I really need to play the beggining games to understand the story? I really enjoyed the free world of the first one and black flag. But I didn't like the limit on if you killed so many people you had hunter come after you in Black Flag. Is Unity and Syndicate going to be like that?
