For a while now I've wanted to play through both OoT and Majora's in a particular order. There was a fan theory which chose to explain that the journey in Majora's took place in Link's head during the 7 years he was in the Temple of Time. It was his mind's way of dealing with maturing and overcoming his inner demons. Therefore, the play through consists of starting with OoT until you reach the Master Sword for the first time. Once you pick it up immediately switch to Majora's Mask and play that all the way through. Only after you've finished will you return to OoT as a grown man.

Now, I know this isn't anywhere NEAR canon but I loved the idea and I thought I'd share for anyone who wanted to experience the same with the new Majora's Mask just released.
