I'm having trouble in GTA V. Could someone help me? Story in comments.

I've rented the game for the weekend to try it out and I installed the 1st disc. I did what the game said popped it out and put the 2nd disc in. The game was playing fine until I got to the part where Franklin and Lamar have to steal the 2 cars. I'm following Lamar and when it gets to the part where Lamar says "I'm going left!" after we drive over the bumps that send you into the air, the game stops, screen goes black, and it takes me back to the title screen. I've cleaned the disc twice with Windex and a 100% cotton shirt and I have 153 gigabites left on my Xbox 360, what am I doing wrong?
