So everyone says Skyrim is like "the game of a generation."

Sooooo why am I sorta "meh" about it? Is it another one of those "give it time" titles? If that's the case then fine... "Fallout: New Vegas" was a bit of a slow burn and I think it's one of the GOATs. Am I missing something in Skyrim? For reference I just learned my first Shout and have about one main-ish quest and 7 billion side quests.
