What are some good games to play passively with podcasts in the background

My go-tos are usually 4Xs like Stellaris, but looking if there are solid alternatives. Ideally stuff that isn't plot-heavy or requires a high degree of attention.

I like Genshin Impact because it's chill just mindlessly exploring the huge map and opening chests and whatnot. It's becoming my go to game to zone out to whilst watching youtube in the background.

Also have to mention Old School RuneScape. Old MMO that is very low effort and grindy. Great to play whilst doing other things.
