Needing help with Hyperdimension Neptunia V2

Hoping this community can help me as i appear to be stuck and the answer feels like it should be obvious, but I'm failing to see it.
So I'm in the Heart Dimension, I've completed the 4 separate chapters and have united Neptune and Vert.
The game now wants me to find 30 Illegal Hardware items which drop from mobs in the Zero Dimension, but at this point in the game i cannot get there.
I've looked online and whilst I've seen advice on which mobs drop the items ive not seen anything that says how to reach those mobs...hence why i feel like it should be obvious....however it isnt to me.
Can anyone help?
