I know this gets asked a million times a day, but is this copy of Pokémon Emerald authentic?

Everything seems to check out in the basics, but the shell seems less opaque than I remember it being, and the screw in the back is in such great condition that I’m wondering if it’s aftermarket. Plus, the pins are in fantastic condition.
