Hacking Visual Novel-ish Games?

I'm just looking to find games with similar playstyles as Orwell (1 and 2), Hypnospace Outlaw, and Cyber Manhunt. I've played a lot of other hacking games and while they're fun, I really want a more story-based game. I really love the ones where you're the investigator looking for criminals online or w/e. I've looked at steampeak but all they offer is just other hacking games that don't have the same feel or playstyle as the three I'm talking about.
Any help would be appreciated!
