I don't know where to go with this question tbh. Please inform me if there is an actually sub for this. I looked and didn't see anything.

I bought a new controller the other day and upon playing with it for a few minutes, deemed it to small for my hands. Put back into it's packaging and took back to GameStop the next day. I didn't know that any electronics opened I couldn't return.. my fault for not checking the policies but how else will I be able to tell if I like this product or not. I hate to just sell it but I don't really have any other options. Anyone know if I can get refund for the protection? I hadn't bought anything from GameStop for years and this is probably why.
