Hello! I have a wierd question.. just out of curiosity.
Do you guys have a genre that facinates you, that you feel you want to get into, but when you try, you just can't..
For me, that genre is the Life Sim games.. Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, Dreamlight Valley, Palia, Stardew Valley etc..
I want to like them, simply because of how laid back, cozy and stress free they are.
But, after playing for a bit, I just get bored.. so I quit. And then I don't touch them for several months, before I give them a new chance, with the same repeated result. 🤷
How about you guys?
I'm the same.. I want to like CRPGs.. but I get overwhelmed by them 😅 So I have since long given up on them. 🫣
Well.. that's pretty much a requirement to play them.. 🤷

Could be skill issue.. I mean, life sims take sertain types of skill, I suppose.. but I just feel that the games drag, and get repetetive.. but I also feel that I would love to play them more, because of the reasons I listed in my post..
But instead I tend to fall back to more action oriented games.. 😅
And the thing about age.. nah, your never to old, it's solely a practice thing.. play more to get better. 😁
I'm 41, and I love FPS games.. mostly single player, but once in a while I'll do some online matches. 😊
