Sandbox game that lets me build a train

I want a game that gives me a railroad, and the tools I need to create my own custom locomotive and train cars.

- I tried "Stormworks: Build and Rescue", but I haven't been able to figure out how it works for the life of me...
- I tried a Roblox game called "Plane Crazy" that lets you build a train, but 1) the train wheels are way too massive, and 2) the railroad is tiny and very janky, too easy to derail on, and too hard to build a train without the game screaming and trying to throw me off the tracks.

Are there any games that let me do this?
