Looking for Games

Not looking for io games like Agario.
Not looking for an MMO.
Not looking for simple premise or repetition games like "Papa's Burgeria", "Angry Birds", and other flash games we most likely played in class when the teacher wasn't looking.

I'm looking for a game that I can quickly get into and feel like a part of the world.
Games like this: Fallout (classic), Wasteland, Tom Clancy's Ruthless.com,

I would love a character-creation element, but it's absolutely not necessary.

I am also okay with text-based adventures, but that won't quite satisfy what I'm looking for here.
