What spin-off would you like to see besides House Of The Dragon?

There’s a lot of history/lore over the GOT universe. What parts would you like to see made into a series besides what’s already going to be covered on HOTD?
I’d like to see them do a one-season look at what led to Rains of Castamere. A few early episodes with young Tywin, his mothers death and dealing with that, then his fathers death and him taking over as head of house and then the actual event.
